As the Financial Officer of Elite Business Management & Consultancy, Litsa Ayoub is responsible for running all facets of the business as well as the financial health of Elite Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry in Northern New Jersey, including but not limited to, financial planning and reporting, financial risk management, record keeping, and treasury and investor relations. Litsa is an accomplished Accounting and Finance leader with over 15 years of experience. She graduated from Montclair State University with a Master’s in Business Administration in 2017. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at William Paterson University in 2002. Before joining the team at Elite Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry, Litsa was a manager at the Financial Management Division for Samsung SDS America, overseeing audit, tax functions, and financial performance reporting.
